How is the best way to start living my best life?

Eliminate one thing. Pick one food or one chemical. Identify something you think you could avoid daily without much trouble. Then go all in.

What was the hardest part for you?

Detoxing and resetting the microbiome in our gut. Totally worth it because now it craves good, healthy food but hard to do at first.

What is your favorite vegetarian, vegan, or other special diet recipe?

We offer an array of vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free ideas. If you have other dietary requirements, please inform us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What is your go-to first thing in the morning?

Begin each day with a 1/4 tsp baking soda in a small cup of room temp water. This balances the pH in the body first thing in the morning. Optional to follow it up with a 1/2 tsp of rosabella moringa in some water. Fire water is spicy but a great way to get you going.

How bad is detoxing?

Not bad at all and can be done everyday in many different ways especially through sweating. We build up toxins all day long and need to expel them before they build up, bind and create havok on our bodies.

If you could suggest to eliminate one thing from your diet what would it be?

If you could eliminate sugar out of your diet that along would be a huge first step. This is a big one, since sugar is in almost every packaged food and literally in all of our food. You will begin feeling a positive difference in your body shortly after you eliminate it from your diet. Your microbiome will thank you as it begins to crave other nutritious foods.
