Self-love is one of the most essential gifts we can give ourselves on this journey called life. It’s a process—a long, evolving journey filled with growth and learning. Self-Lovin was born from a profound awakening we experienced after losing our youngest son, Lenny, to cancer. During his illness, we poured all our energy and faith into his health and healing, often neglecting our well-being. After his passing, we realized we needed to reprioritize—both for ourselves and for our other 3 children. SelfLovin101.com is our guide to looking inward and to start truly listening to your body. It’s about treating yourself with care, recognizing when something is wrong, and taking meaningful action, beyond a pill.
