These requests were met with understanding rather than resistance. Their willingness to adapt to these changes reflects the deep respect they held for the purpose behind these sacrifices.

Now, as they grow older, they’re beginning to see the wisdom in those decisions. It’s becoming more clear to them that health is the cornerstone of a good life, and they are discovering that there are many paths to achieve it.
